已取得专科毕业证的考生：①户口本（本人姓名页）；②体检表；③考生报名时，报名系统学历验证结果为“不通过”的，考生必须上传专科毕业证书和中国高等教育学历认证报告（或教育部学历证书电子注册备案表）（以下简称学历认证报告、电子注册备案表）。

那学历认证去哪弄呢? 正常是你在报考之时在线验证不过关，才操作纸质验证。虽然有毕业证，在1月初预报名时间可在线验证，或现场确认时验证。但验证不过关，纸质的还是要交的。

以上是往届生，包括成大、电大、网大专考生。注您是普通高校应届毕业不用（2020年6月毕业为应届毕业生）。

学信网申请专科学历认证流程

（注:以下摘于网络)

1、进入学信网，网址请在公众号发送【学信网】获取，往下拉到底部，选择网上申请。

2、登录学信网账号后，进入网上申请系统

3、创建一个新的申请

4、申请目的是【专升本】，申请项目是【高等学历认证】

5、根据剩下的步骤，填写相关的个人资料、信息，即可完成申请。

6、最后进入学信档案首页，查看电子注册备案表并下载，学信档案首页链接，请在公众号发送【学信档案】获取

8、然后就可以下载《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》了

网上上传相片、资料不成功的考生，应在预报名时间内自行到专插本现场报名点上传相片或交验、上传相关报名资料。逾期不再办理预报名手续。建议有时间的考生，前往现场地点提交资料上传资料...当然要提前把握时间及座车路线，预祝本微的您选中心仪院校及专业,报考成功!
