专插本关注上半年中小学教师资格考试推迟至下半年

关于将2020年上半年中小学教师资格考试推迟至下半年一并组织实施的公告

　　

根据国家疫情防控工作决策部署，切实保障广大考生和涉考工作人员的生命安全和身体健康，经研究决定，2020年上半年中小学教师资格考试推迟至下半年一并组织实施。上半年已报名缴费的考生可申请转至2020年下半年考试或申请退费，前期已通过的笔试科目成绩和合格证明有效期延长一年，具体规定请关注中国教育考试网（

www.neea.edu.cn）。上半年教师资格认定工作，由各省（区、市）根据本省疫情防控形势确定具体开展时间。

为减轻对考生的影响，促进高校毕业生就业，经国务院同意，根据人力资源社会保障部、教育部等七部门印发的《关于应对新冠肺炎疫情影响实施部分职业资格“先上岗、再考证”阶段性措施的通知》（人社部发〔2020〕24号）规定，中小学、幼儿园、中等职业学校教师资格实施“先上岗、再考证”阶段性措施，用人单位2020年12月31日前招聘高校毕业生的，不得将教师资格作为限制性条件。请广大考生及时关注相关政策。
