2020年专插本粤康码教程及注意事项

身体健康和生命安全（生命重于一切，健康才是笑到最后）

为确保专插本考试广大考生和考试工作人员的身体健康和生命安全，所有考生须按如下事项做好个人防护和信息申报工作：

1.考前14天（5月31日）起，如实申报个人健康状况。

2.未注册“粤康码”的考生，须至少在考前14天注册“粤康码”，无“粤康码”信息的考生将无法打印准考证。（用您的微信入发现小程序查：粤康码按要注册）

您还在省外吗？早点回隔离吧！（你在广东省内的就不用隔离了，坚持申报个人健康哈）

3.考生须于考前14天返回我省，其中疫情重点地区和境外返回的考生要按防疫要求进行自行隔离。

4.考前14天内出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、腹泻等症状，或有与确诊病例密切接触的考生，应及时就医排查，如实通过“粤康码”申报个人健康状况，排查为非新冠肺炎的，应及时更新“粤康码”状态。

5.未按要求执行有关规定的考生，不予参加考试。处在隔离期，及出现疑似症状的考生，须经卫生健康部门评估，确定是否能参加考试。考生隐瞒身体异常情况，造成严重后果的，将依法追究相关人员责任。
